Do you suffer from back pain? More than half of our patients do too. Back pain is one of the most common complaints that we successfully treat in our practice.

There are often several factors at play. These include stress and tension, psychosomatic causes, and hormonal imbalances. In many cases, the problems can be traced back to blockages in the cervical, thoracic, or lumbar spine, and in particular to the sacroiliac joint (pelvic obliquity, pelvic torsion, functional and genuine leg length differences).
Through a thorough manual examination and supported by X-ray images from our practice's own digital X-ray equipment, as well as muscle tension measurements of the superficial and deep back muscles, we clarify the causes that can lead to back pain.
We treat blockages with chiropractic therapy. We palpate the blocked vertebrae and release them. We have had very good experiences with the use of shock waves, both focused and radial. By stimulating the metabolism, we achieve increased blood circulation and thus a particularly high effectiveness of the treatment. Metabolic waste products are removed, nutrients are activated, the superficial and deep muscles are relaxed to the maximum, and overall regeneration and stimulation of the self-healing powers occur.
Cortisone can also be injected as part of acute pain therapy if you wish. There are various types of cortisone to choose from, and we will discuss their benefits and effectiveness together.
Unlike conventional orthopedic treatment, our therapy does not end with a single injection of cortisone. If the patient responds positively to the treatment concept, this means good prospects for the success of a holistic regenerative treatment that follows on from it.
We treat the respective areas over a period of up to two months with two appointments per week. The SpineMed back table is used for this, followed by shock wave therapy collagen and blood plasma injections combined with muscle infiltrations, acupuncture patches, kinesiology tapes, and the application of special heat ointments that are not available in Germany complement the therapy.
After completion of acute therapy, our in-house team of physiotherapists offers you individually tailored follow-up treatment, which allows you to actively contribute to maintaining the treatment success achieved in the long term.
But it's not just adults; children often have to deal with back problems too.
Stress at school, poor posture caused by heavy school bags, and excessive cell phone use: these are all reasons why even schoolchildren suffer from orthopedic problems.
These are often vertebral blockages that can be easily resolved in just a few sessions. As a rule, no injections are used here ; instead, we work with manual therapy and, if necessary, shock wave therapy. Depending on the findings and in consultation with the patient, we also use acupuncture and kinesiology tape.
If the symptoms are not treated, dizziness, headaches, visual disturbances, and migraine attacks can result, as well as sleep disorders, decreased performance at school, and general fatigue, even leading to social withdrawal. After just a few sessions, the children are symptom-free again, as the symptoms are not yet chronic and, unlike in older patients, there is no joint wear and tear.
